There are three general coaching packages available to you.

Whether its about your personal goals, family or work life, working with a coach is about overcoming challenges and making your dreams a reality. Sometimes we know what we want, but aren't sure exactly how to make it happen.
And sometimes, we don't yet know what we want yet, but know what isn't working for us.
Professional coaching implements proven techniques, tailored to your specific needs,
to give you the tools you need to move forward successfully.
Coaching differs from counselling or psychotherapy, in that you have a specific problem to solve, or goal to achieve.
Coaching gives you the support and tools to :
- get over the roadblocks you are facing,
- help you believe in your ability to achieve what you want
- teaches you the tools to go it over and over again.
Choose this option if you already have a specific goal in mind.
You know you want to achieve it and find you need support getting there.
The Walk will give you the tools to get it done.
Choose this package if you need something more in depth than The Walk. If there is something that's been holding you back,
or if you find your self continuously stuck in the same situation time and again, this option is for you.
The Jog is a more intense series of sessions, inviting you to dig a little deeper
to finally overcome the roadblocks that have held you up in the past.
This package is the premium choice, with all of the offerings of The Jog, plus email access and extra telephone support when you need it.
Choose The Run if you need more intensive support, a more customized experience and more touchpoints.
